Declaration on main challenges to Freedom of Expression

The 3 UN, ACHPR, OAS Special Rapporteur on Freedom of Expression together with a OSCE representative adopted a declaration on the 10 key threats to Freedom of Expression on the 3rd of February 2010 in Washington.
